HOW TO GET THE MOST VALUE FROM THIS BOOK

The most important thing to remember is to make sure that you use the book so you can fully enjoy all of its valuable savings! It's a good idea to keep the book in your purse or in your vehicle's console or glove compartment because you never know when you may find yourself dining or shopping at one of the participating merchants. (For many, it's a good idea to have one book for each vehicle.)

The restaurants and other participating merchants have been very generous to place such valuable coupons in the book. And they have full intentions of dazzling you with their great customer service and food/products with the hopes that you will want to return as a regular customer. All of the participating merchants will be very happy to see you coming in to try their product or service while using their coupons. Though the rules for use are actually quite simple, we have compiled a list of what to expect, what is customary, and what is courteous, that will help you to get the most value from this book.

1. Many, if not most, franchises will honor coupons from other local franchisees of the same franchise. As well, many will accept their competitors coupons. So if a particular franchise location is closer to you, but its not the location listed in the book, we would suggest that you at least present the coupon to see if it will be honored at your preferred location. In many cases, it will be.
2. The coupons are perforated for easy removal from the book. You can tear and keep the coupons that you plan to use in your wallet or you can give away coupons that you do not plan to use.
3. It is customary and courteous to tip your wait staff according to the actual bill before the savings.
4. One coupon per table, please. We want you to enjoy the savings, but we also want the program to work positively for the participating establishments so they will be happy to participate year-after-year. If you come with a party of more than two people, please only give one coupon per party or table.
5. Not valid with any other offer or on holidays. Holidays are usually the busiest times for the participating merchants. Please do not try to use a coupon on Valentines day or other holidays.
6. In the case that the maximum value of the coupon does not cover the entire cost of the second item being ordered, you will only be discounted the maximum amount listed. (Ex: Maximum value $10 - If you order two $15 pizzas with this coupon, you would pay $15 for the first pizza and only $5 for the second one, for a savings of $10.) However, most restaurants have set the maximum value high enough to cover their highest priced item.
7. Each coupon, unless listed otherwise, is valid seven days a week. But because there are some exceptions, please check each coupon for specific days of validity for before use.
8. Read each coupon carefully before using. The maximum value, expiration date and accepting merchant is listed on each coupon. Please see the back of each coupon for further details.
9. The coupon should be presented upon ordering.
10. Remember, each coupon is being offered from the specific location(s) listed in the book. However, we also suggest you try the coupon at other locations with possible success. However, there are no guarantees.

How the Coupons Work

For an example, lets examine a dining experience for two people using a "BUY ONE ENTREE - GET ONE FREE" coupon. When you order two entrees, you will receive the least expensive one for FREE, up to the stated value on the coupon, by presenting the coupon upon ordering. Let's look at two different scenarios to see how it breaks down.

Buy One Entree - Get One FREE

"Get one free entree of equal or lesser value when you purchase an entree at regular menu price"
value up to $15.00

Scenario 1
If you ordered: 1 - Steak Entree $16.00 1 - Chicken Entree $14.00
You will save the cost of the least
expensive entree, which is $14.00

Scenario 2
If you ordered: 1 - Steak Entree $16.00 1 - Lobster Entree $20.00
You will save the maximum value of $15.00

Most of the coupons will work like the above example. However, not all coupons will require a purchase of multiple products or services to receive a discount. For example, many coupons offer a percentage off your entire purchase, or a certain dollar amount or percentage off of a specific product or service. (Ex: 50% OFF DIAMOND JEWELRY or $10 OFF ANY OIL CHANGE SERVICE)
